Everybody slept in a bit today, and then we stayed dry inside. Eventually we ventured to our friends house for a mini-jam of sorts. One of our Seattle friends and our visiting friend have noodled around with the guitar since they were much younger, and have been recently rekindling their love of the instrument.
In addition our Seattle friend has written songs at different periods in his life and is rediscovering these and bringing them back to light.
It was a most enjoyable afternoon.
It really was fun to hear Mark’s work, and to watch them play together. Chris did a great job following Mark’s lead and picking up the new music.
