    I know, it’s still unreal. I went to bed crying and hoping that it was all a nightmare. I woke up this morning to the bitter reality.

      I stayed up way to late crying. Thought I was the only one, but have heard that more and more now, and about how folks daughters were in tears (although one was just angry).

        My older daughter is terribly depressed about how someone with such rhetoric could be elected. Thankfully, I’m flying down to Los Angeles to spend the weekend with her. We’ll be able to cry, eat and drink adult beverages together.

        Our daughter is in Spain visiting a friend. I messaged her to just stay. In the morning our son texted me asking if she was going to become a Spaniard. (Great minds?)
