Rainy, damp and dark compared with the earlier part of the week. Carl went out, but I have been sequestered. Going to try to get to bed early so tomorrow morning doesn’t feel a full hour too early.

Washington State voted to stay on daylight savings time last year. But it needs federal approval. You can stay on Standard time, but not daylight without approval

I like the summer nights, too. However, if it’s going to be just one time, I think it should be standard time! Noon should be the high point of the sun’s (apparent) transit of the sky. (Apparent, b/c of course it’s the earth rotation about its axis that makes it day or night wherever we are.
