Yummy. I tried, and somewhat succeeded in eating it like a sandwich.

Following our lead in landscaping by backhoe, I see.
A plumber is coming today to put in a sump pump. If that doesn’t work, we may have to go back for round two of LBB.

I love the sound of your egg “sandwich” but mine would require avocado. 🙂 And maybe a bit of salsa. Hate house projects and I have a couple in the works.
