After some early morning errands the day was spent at home.
A little laundry, cooking, bill paying, and the continuing journey of paperwork. Today this included much appreciated efforts of far flung cousins.
And for the afternoon, soccer provided a backdrop. As did the rain.

It’s a Cherry Compote, to be served over Greek plain yogurt. It turned out well. A cinnamon stick is included while cooking, and the hint of cinnamon was detectable, even though it was removed before cooling.
