425 miles in California, 308 in Oregon, and 165 in Washington  – roughly.

Left Monterey just before 7 AM, arrived home in Seattle at 9:00. Really pretty good for traffic, except through Portland.

Mt. Shasta

I was criticized for not wanting to stop in Dunsmuir to take a photo at the baseball field where Babe Ruth barnstormed over 100 years ago.

It may have seemed like a small delay when we passed it, but I was glad to be home 20 minutes earlier.

I don’t particularly like this shot, I think I look a bit like my mother from this side.

After saying that I realize I always thought my mother was very nice looking. I think it’s the set of the jaw or something.

I’m a bit tired, time for a snack (aka dinner).

      I didn’t know he had taken the picture until I went to transfer the Mt. Shasta photos. My phone was giving directions, like I-5 for the next 592 miles.
