We have started.
It’s a slow start, but a start nonetheless. The lack of the atmospheric river helped get us out to the lot. The tree lot is at the elementary school our son attended for 1 year, and our daughter for 6. We put in our time on the lot, and now try to support the school moving forward.
As time has marched forward, our neighborhood now attends a different elementary school, sort of in the same neighborhood.
Tomorrow we’ll tackle the lights and ornaments.

It’s a beauty! I do the tree in stages too. In the stand and lights on first. Then later or the next day, ornaments.

I like having the lights on, especially on these dark days. I was actually shocked to see the sun yesterday. Of course that was from my office window. Both coming and going from work did not require sunglasses, short days syndrome.

I don’t think he accessed the post … but really, it was the ornament that happened to be on the mantle near the tree.
