Nothing says Christmas like stuffed peppers.
And, yes, I survived my review.
We even took an after work walk to a grocery store. I wear light colors just so I’ll be visible during the long dark winter, but still need to almost knock on some driver’s windows to be sure they know you are there. Good walk. Rather late dinner, and limited evening chores accomplished. Maybe I’ll finish them tonight.

Good times all around! Don’t the ingredients fall out of the stuffed peppers? It has been foggy, especially in the morning, and too many drivers aren’t using their headlights. I can’t see them, and they can’t see me–a bad combination when I’m walking or running.

The key to stuffed pepper integrity is getting them into a dish that doesn’t have room for them to fall over. And after they are cooked they are surprisingly firm. Carl cut them in half to put 1/2 into my lunch for work. They held together well.

I’ve seen hats with LED lights on the brim. (and maybe the back)?
Or armband lights that blink. Plus the fabric that is subtle in daylight, but highly reflective at night.
Stay safe out there.
