My days are blending together.
Get up. Carpool in (most of the time)
Work, lunch, work (never get enough done)
Get a ride into town.
Batting practice. Even sitting up high you have to pay attention when the Angels are hitting.
Game-time – move down to the Front Row.
Watch them win, er lose, er win, er lose, er win, er lose – today was a loss.
Drive, get a ride or bus home.
Look at the mess in the house. (Notice how nothing is being done about the mess in the house.)
Sleep.
Get up. Carpool ….. all over again.
A bit boring. But today on the way home, as we were dropping of a fellow baseball addict, we noticed this.
No, they don’t have anything to do with baseball.
But the 61 is the number of home runs that Maris hit in 1961 to pass Babe Ruth’s prior record.
In addition to a baseball addiction, my husband is a bit of a numbers freak.
Of course that feeds his baseball statistics thing.
It is a vicious circle.
