The Pike Place Market piggy bank was unceremoniously smacked by a taxi a short while ago. I don’t recall if it lost brakes and slid down the hill or just drove out of control into Rachel. Anyway, Rachel had to take a sabbatical to a spa to rejuvenate. She is now doing a comeback tour around Seattle. By the time the summer tourist season is in full swing, she will be back in her market location to welcome all comers.
